FCC
The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is an independent
United States government agency. The FCC was established by the Communications
Act of 1934 and is charged with regulating interstate and international
communications by radio, television, wire, satellite and cable. The FCC's
jurisdiction covers the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and U.S.
possessions.
According to US Federal Communications regulations
of related part (CFR47 Part), the electronic products which enter into US
market are all need carry on EMC certification, the usually certificate method
as :Certification、DoC、Verification。
The documents for submission:
1. The detail information for application:
name, address, contact way;
2. The user manual for products;
3. The circuit schematic and block diagram
for products;
4. Relate-products working refrequency;
5. Other documents
