FDA
FDA is America Food and Drug Administration for short, it
belongs to US Health Education Welfare Department, which responsible for the
management about Nation drug、food、biological goods、cosmetic、veterinary medicine、medical instrument and so on.
According to FDA regulation, above products permit
to sell on the market only after them passed FDA examination and proved safety.
FDA is authorized to inspection for the manufacturers and accuses for
law-breakers.
FDA is law enforcement agency, not a service institution,
it has no so-called "Designated lab". FDA only carries on GMP quality
certification for service testing lab, and issue certificate for those eligible
labs.
