CEC certification is the Appliance
Efficiency Regulation which executed by California Energy Commission in
December 30, 2005. The purpose of this regulation is to improve efficiency for
electro- products, saving energy, and reduce the air discharge and greenhouse
effect.
This regulation stipulated energy efficiency index requirement、measure method and
grading implement plan. According to this laws and regulations request, the
electrical product must carries on the examination by the intelligence
laboratory according to the American corresponding laws and
regulations or the standard, only when after proving meets the
requirement, then could sell in the American California.
